This sporty-looking exhaust is built using race-proven materials, with a handmade carbon-fibre outer sleeve, end cap, and muffler bracket, combined with a high-grade stainless-steel inner muffler structure and link pipe. It is finished with a carbon-fibre heat shield to protect the rider’s gear.

The hexagonal carbon-fibre muffler adds an individual touch to the look of the motorcycle and complements the deep and sporty sound that the exhaust emits.

Lightweight materials create a weight saving of 51.2% (2.6 kg) in comparison to the standard stock exhaust, and power and torque levels are increased by 0.8 kW (1.1 hp) at 9,200 rpm and 0.8 Nm at 5,100 rpm, respectively, when compared to a Z1100 outfitted with a standard stock exhaust and tested on the Akrapovič in-house dyno.

This product is fully EC/ECE type approved, and the plug-and-play installation means no remapping is needed.
