Description

This complete exhaust system is made from lightweight titanium and includes a header with an integrated resonance chamber and a debossed Akrapovič logo on it. It was designed in collaboration with the Akrapovič racing department, utilizing years of experience from top-level off-road racing. The focus during development was on power and torque, with testing carried out on an MX track by a professional test rider to determine the most suitable version.

The innovative design ensures even greater durability and allows increased sound silencing to mitigate the impact on the natural environment, while facilitating flow for the exhaust gases with as few restrictions as possible. It is shaped to fit perfectly within the limited space on the motorcycle.

A special technique was used to imprint the Akrapovič logo on the muffler outer sleeve. The logo is now bigger, and it combines the white and red colour using the same method as applied on the exhausts in motorsports. This new technology provides a higher temperature threshold and greater durability for a product that will be used in the toughest conditions.

Lightweight materials result in a weight saving of 21.3% (0.9 kg) compared to stock, and the different thicknesses in various sections ensure perfect protection, allowing the added strength created by the design to provide enhanced resilience under the most demanding conditions.

Developed for use on closed-course competition circuits only, the exhaust produces a deep racing sound that meets the 109 dB FIM noise regulation limits. The simple plug-and-play installation means no remapping is needed.
