Evolution Line (Titanium) for KAWASAKI KX 450 / 450X 2026

Constructed from lightweight titanium, this product was created through close collaboration with the Akrapovič Racing Department. This complete exhaust is 29.8% (1.3 kg) lighter than standard stock and features headers with an integrated resonance chamber and a debossed Akrapovič logo. New technology has been developed directly from Akrapovič’s involvement in motorsports, with a special technique for imprinting the logo on the muffler outer sleeve, which is now bigger and in a white and red colour combination. This technology provides a higher temperature threshold, with greater durability and longer life for a product that will be used in the toughest conditions. There are power and torque increases of 1.9 Kw (2.6 hp) at 7,500 rpm and 2.5 Nm at 7,600 rpm when compared to a standard stock exhaust and tested on the Akrapovič dyno.

This product is for use on closed-course competition circuits only. The exhaust meets the current FIM noise limits and delivers a deep racing sound. No remapping is needed and, with a simple plug-and-play installation, the Evolution Line (Titanium) fits both the Kawasaki KX450 and KX450X models.

For riders required to meet the new 109 dB FIM noise limitation, installing the optional V-TUV385 noise insert is mandatory.
