Slip-On Line (Titanium) for KAWASAKI KLE 500 2026

This is a newly designed titanium muffler with an imprinted finish for additional strength and durability. A weight saving of 35% (1.5 kg) over the standard stock system, a deep sound, throttle response, and aesthetics are all aspects the engineers focused on in the development process. It is constructed with a high-grade titanium muffler outer sleeve and end cap and high-grade stainless-steel link pipe, muffler inner structure, and heat shield. A power increase of 0.6 kW (0.8 hp) at 9,000 rpm and a torque rise of 0.8 Nm at 5,000 rpm have been recorded when compared with a standard stock exhaust and tested on the Akrapovič dyno. A newly designed carbon-fibre heat shield is included within the product for additional protection for the rider´s gear.  Plug-and-play installation means no remapping is necessary. It meets EC/ECE type-approval certificate - Euro5+.
