Triumph Street Triple / Daytona 765 S / R / RS 2020

Developed exclusively for use on competition circuits, this exhaust combines race-proven materials, including high-grade lightweight titanium using various alloys, to optimize each section of the exhaust for performance, weight, and durability. A hand-made carbon-fibre heat shield, a black-coated aluminium muffler bracket, and a coated muffler outer sleeve for enhanced resilience under the most demanding racing conditions complete the system. It is finished using new technology to apply the Akrapovič logo decal, resulting in a higher temperature threshold and increased durability.

A special link pipe collector with a resonator has been developed to achieve optimum performance of this complete exhaust system, and for a perfect fit a header design solution with a grand prix racing pedigree is used. Complex parts, such as exhaust flanges, are cast in the Akrapovič in-house foundry.

Noise measurements carried out by Akrapovič engineers using the FIM method recorded a noise level below the FIM noise limit of 107 dB.

ECU remapping is mandatory.

This exhaust system is compatible with a right-passage oil pan only.
