Yamaha MT-09/FZ-09 2021

This exhaust has a lightweight black coated titanium muffler outer sleeve, combined with stainless steel link pipes and headers and finished with a titanium end cap.. The new design features a shorter muffler for an enhanced sporty look, which exits on the side of the bike for visual impact. Power is increased by 3.3 kW (4.5 hp) at 9,600 rpm when compared in back-to-back tests on a MT-09 with a Racing Line (Carbon) exhaust and a standard stock exhaust system. The sporty racing sound is perfectly tuned to the engine. It is designed for use on tracks and closed-course competition circuits. 

The exhaust system is compatible with Yamaha hard cases and centre stand accessories.





When installing the Racing Line exhaust system on MY 2024-2026 Euro5+ motorbikes (2 lambda sensors), the engine check light will appear after identifying a deviation in the stock catalytic converter´s parameters. The mandatory P-HF1706 fitting kit, including the bracket and mounting material, must be ordered separately.

For perfect performance, rideability, and durability, special electronic equipment developed by Rapid Bike by Dimsport may be used.

This new device makes it possible to avoid potential check engine light issues while optimizing the power delivery, personalizing the riding experience, and offering a diagnostic tool to the user.

When installing the Racing Line (Titanium) exhaust system on MY2021-2023 motorbikes the check engine light will appear, thus remapping the ECU is mandatory. The mandatory P-HF1707 fitting kit, including the bracket and mounting material, must be ordered separately.
